1st Annual Oyster Roast
Trapezium Brewing Co.
The brewery’s Oyster Ale, made in collaboration with The Boathouse restaurant will make its debut at the brewery alongside raw and roasted oysters. I got to sample this rare blonde ale made with the oyster shells and found it food friendly and unique. The beautiful brewery is definitely worth the drive down I-95!
2nd Annual Fashion Show – Beautiful Butterflies!
La Petite Boutique
Fashion show featuring designer Krista Larson’s Spring 2017 Butterfly Collection. These fun designs feature shirts and dressses in silk organza and satin charmeuse. Seating is limited but you might still be able to grab one. Call or message via Facebook for more info. 2 p.m.
Shop handmade jewelry from faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students in the VCUarts Craft + Material Studies Department. A portion of the proceeds will fund a scholarship to help students attend the SNAG annual metalsmith conference. Opening reception Friday, April 14th from 6pm-9pm, then shop Saturday, April 15th 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, April 16th 12 p.m.-4 p.m.

Celebrate the grand opening of this delicious new pastry shop. The first 100 through the doors guests will get a free treat. This new bakery offers both savory and sweet baked goods. So far everything I’ve sampled has been fantastic, but I’m particularly in love with the sticky buns. 1-4 p.m.
Biggest Burgundy Tasting Ever
Taste 20 reds and whites from France’s Burgundy region. JM Stock and Provisions will also be on-site with house-made meats to sample while you sip. Tickets are $25. 5-8 p.m.
German Dinner with Jay Frank
Chef Jay Frank, chef for the Lewis Family in Richmond, will be cooking up a German-inspired menu alongside a line-up of Ayinger beers. 5-8 p.m.

Passport Pop-Up: Philippines
Venue announced once you purchase a ticket
Join Mike Ledesma and Kunal Shah for a pop-up meal featuring the cuisine of Cavite, Philippines. Your ticket ($100 each, $180 per couple) includes a cocktail hour, wine tasting and 8 courses. The menu will be inspired by Ledesma’s family recipes and food he grew up cooking.
