Barboursville Brut Rose Cuvee 1814 is a collaboration with a sister vineyard in Italy and is created in the metodo classico using 100% pinot noir grapes. The flavor is fruity enough to enjoy alone, but also food friendly. Plus, rose is trendy right now and bubbles are perfect for celebrating. $25 from Barboursville Vineyards.
